History of Mexican Food

Introduction: 
Anyone wishing to venture into the history of Mexican food will be a big 

surprise. This is because much of the Mexican kitchen and its dishes in preparation, food, beverages, recipesand even their utensils come from the ancient civilizations that inhabited Mexico thousands of years ago. For  this Mexican food is a legacy that has been preserved to this day. Now you may ask, is it possible that this   ancient legacy remains in force until today. The answer is simple, the Spaniards conquered Mexico and        enslaved the Indians; to those who tried worse than animals. Faced with such tyranny there was a factor      which the Spaniards did not care who was feed the Indians.For this reason the Indians had no choice but to  feed themselves in order to survive and  as I did preparing what they knew cooking, Mexican food. Thanks to these facts the Mexican food survived and endure over time becoming a worldwide legacy.

Process: It prepares the text is mentioning the history of Mexican food so tam , as well as customs that tended to eat in the past Mexicans.
